The Bengali cheese balls fried rice recipe


What is the first thing that strikes your mind while planning for the dinner or the after meal? Of course, it’s rice, the plain or the jeera one.  But, if you want to make you prepared food more delectable and yummy and moreover, if you are willing to put in some efforts in preparing rice, then try this recipe for sure. It is famous Bengali vegetarian dish which will make your taste buds go wild.

Note down all the below-listed ingredients
Basmati rice- 500 gms to 1kg (in accordance with servings)
Cheese- 200 to 500 gms (in accordance with servings)
Cornflour- 2 large teaspoons
Tej patta- a few fresh pieces
Oil- add according to your health and taste
Onions- 2 large pieces
Salt- add according to your health and taste
Cumin seeds- ½ teaspoon
Cardamom powder- ½ teaspoon
Sugar- add according to your health and taste
Ginger and garlic paste- 2 teaspoons
Cashew nuts- grated and roasted 2 to 3 large teaspoons
Clove- 3 pieces
Dalchini- 2 pieces
Milk- ½ cup
Black pepperr- 1 teaspoon



Now, it’s cooking time

How to prepare this dish 

Firstly, wash your hands properly with a disinfector, and then wear an apron, now you are ready for it.

Wash two to three cups of rice (as per servings) with fresh running water, and then stream the basmati rice.

 Now take a clean bowl, put cheese in it, add salt, corn flour, black pepper and wick them with oil and then make the dough of the same. And, make cheese balls from the dough.

 Put a pan on the gas stove and spread oil over it. Add the above-prepared cheese balls and fry them until they attain a light brownish color.  After, this put all the cheese in a separate serving bowl.

Put a fresh clean another pan on your gas stove, add onions, tej patta , garlic paste and fry them. Now add streamed basmati to the masala prepared. Spread salt, clove, nuts and sugar all over the mixture.

Fry that mixture well, now add milk, jafial and again stir them well.

Add 4 to 5 cups of water and cover the dish and let it boiled through steam.
In the last phase of cooking.

When the above mixture is boiled properly, add cheese balls to it and whisk it properly.


 Your dish is now ready, serve it hot hot! And be prepared to get some big complements from your family members and guests.

Recipe of homemade restaurant style daal fry

Making daal fry at home is very simple and easy and doesn’t require too many ingredients. It is very tasty dinner or lunch recipe which tastes best with jeera rice, naan, plain rice, tandoori roti, etc. Garlic is the most vital ingredient of daal fry. Ingredients for making  homemade restaurant style daal fry

Onion- 2 chopped (Big)
Chana daal- According to serving
Cumin- a pinch
Oil- two to three teaspoons
Green chilies- two to three (extra)
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
Tomato- 1 Chopped

Now, get ready with cooking pan and other cooking essentials

Firstly, cook chana daal normally.
Heat oil in another pan, and then add cumin to it.
Add garlic-ginger paste, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, onion, and salt and fry it for some time on the low flame.
Add cooked chan daal to it and whisk the combination.
Last, but not the least your cooked style daal fry is ready for serving
