Recipe of homemade restaurant style daal fry

Making daal fry at home is very simple and easy and doesn’t require too many ingredients. It is very tasty dinner or lunch recipe which tastes best with jeera rice, naan, plain rice, tandoori roti, etc. Garlic is the most vital ingredient of daal fry. The spiciness of dry fry depend upon your taste buds and your family members likings. You can also garnish daal fry with butter.

Ingredients for making  homemade restaurant style daal fry

Onion- 2 chopped (Big)
Chana daal- According to serving
Cumin- a pinch
Oil- two to three teaspoons
Green chilies- two to three (extra)
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
Tomato- 1 Chopped

Now, get ready with cooking pan and other cooking essentials

Firstly, cook chana daal normally.
Heat oil in another pan, and then add cumin to it.
Add garlic-ginger paste, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, onion, and salt and fry it for some time on the low flame.
Add cooked chan daal to it and whisk the combination.
Last, but not the least your cooked style daal fry is ready for serving
